Highly recommended hotel. My husband and I spent 3 nights here. We loved their bed -- super comfortable to sleep on. We loved that they have a up-to-date big screen TV. We loved their gym!! Equipments were great. P.S. Please improve the quality of your breakfast buffet. That's all. Besides, it's worth 470 baht per person.

Excellent service from the staffs. Clean room and value for the money. Will choose this hotel on my next visit in Bangkok. |Great location with many restaurants nearby. Did not use the pool area, but it looked a little bit small and crowded when I checked it out. |However a great stay and recommend as mentioned above. Thanks!

Great hotel, super luxury and fab service! Good value for money. Would stay again, the rooms were spacious and the pool was really nice. They let us leave our suitcases after we had checked out as we had a late flight at 2am. Good location too!

New hotel which has all the amenities required. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety to choose from. Great location for those who enjoy the nightlife. Terminal 21 and 7 eleven are all in walking distance. Friendly staff all around. Recommended.

I have been at the Aira hotel for 33 days. Every single request has been met with a smile & immediate response. The staff has been perfect. I've had laundry done a couple of times. Perfect. The made service has been perfect. I had a maid named Annie. She was incredible. Every request was met immediately. She is a great asset to the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Service the was wonderful. It seemed as though everybody treated me as old friend & again every request was met with a smile & immediate response. The chef at the egg station, named Property was wonderful. I would also consider her a GREAT asset. She knew my name & my omelet order evert day. The front desk, doormen where all very helpful. I've tried to give everybody credit, but I missed some, I'm sorry. This is my 3rd month long trip to Bangkok. I would stay here every future visit. To all, I just say thank you for making me feel so welcome. And to add, it seemed all knew my name, I was Mr. Dan there. Thank you Dan Copeland Lebanon, Oregon USA
